At SuperStroke, we stand behind the performance of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all grips and accessories remain in their original, unused packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in the original shipping box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
